I used to sculpt for a living. Now, I still sculpt, but I'm mostly retired. I talk about being old, still working part-time, life, gardens, dreams, wishes, regrets, etc.

English Bulldog Painting - just finished today
This is the sweet little English bulldog painting I mentioned yesterday; I worked all morning on it to finish it, and I really like it. It's light, not too serious, has an all-around happy look about it. It feels good to get one kind of right again.

English Bulldog Looking Up

I think this little boy/girl is absolutely precious. I didn't get her/his name - I just asked permission to photograph him/her for a painting at a little show I attended recently. So if this is your little guy, I was at the Sunday Market in Hillsboro, OR, around May 10, I think. I don't even know if it's a male or female; but whatever it is, s/he is a sweetheart.
